Frequently Asked Questions.

“I’m here to make your closing journey smoother, simpler, and less stressful.”

  • A transaction coordinator (TC) is your behind-the-scenes partner who makes sure your real estate deal runs smoothly. We handle the deadlines, paperwork, and communication so you can focus on your clients and closing deals.

  • Typically, real estate agents hire TCs to manage their transactions from contract to close. But sellers, buyers, and investors can also use our services directly.

  • We manage the process once the contract is signed, including:

    • Collecting and organizing documents

    • Tracking deadlines and contingencies

    • Communicating with lenders, title companies, and other parties

    • Sending reminders for important dates

    • Making sure everything is ready for closing day

  • Fees vary depending on the type of transaction and services needed. Most TCs charge a flat fee per transaction, payable at closing.
