“I’m here to make your closing journey smoother, simpler, and less stressful.”
-
A transaction coordinator (TC) is your behind-the-scenes partner who makes sure your real estate deal runs smoothly. We handle the deadlines, paperwork, and communication so you can focus on your clients and closing deals.
-
Typically, real estate agents hire TCs to manage their transactions from contract to close. But sellers, buyers, and investors can also use our services directly.
-
We manage the process once the contract is signed, including:
Collecting and organizing documents
Tracking deadlines and contingencies
Communicating with lenders, title companies, and other parties
Sending reminders for important dates
Making sure everything is ready for closing day
-
Fees vary depending on the type of transaction and services needed. Most TCs charge a flat fee per transaction, payable at closing.
